Maura Hadaway

Maura is a member of the WDE IT Team as the Grants Management System Administrator/Data Governance Coordinator/Security Application Assistant. Prior to joining the WDE in July, 2020, Maura served as an administrator in higher education at Truckee Meadows Community College, in Reno NV as well as the Associate Dean of the Ludden Library and Learning Commons at LCCC. In her professional life, Maura has been a computer information systems faculty member, managed a portfolio of electronic resources for a national library consortia, served as a project manager in a telecom information technology project management office, and managed the business technologies of a regional library consortia.

She earned her Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Washington’s iSchool, and her Bachelor of Science degree in History from the University of Wyoming.

She has two kids, 4 and 10, who keep her pretty busy, along with three cats. In "free time" she likes to read, walk, ride her bike, and watch cozy, British murder mystery television shows.
