The ESSA Grants Team manages the Title I-A, Title I-D Subpart 1, Title I-D Subpart 2, Title II-A, Title III EL, Title III Immigrant, Title IV-A, Title V-B, McKinney-Vento, Title I School Improvement 1003(a), and the new ARP-HCY I and II emergency grants. Jess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s Degree Business Administration from Western Governor’s University. With 12 years of Wyoming government service between the Wyoming Department of Education and the Wyoming Department of Health, Mrs. Binning is committed to facilitating and building partnerships between state agencies and local organizations.

Session Description

This session will cover basic information regarding when and how to submit Periodic Expenditure Reports (PERs), how to submit Cash Requests (CRs), and will touch on the recent change from DUNS to SAM UEI.
